Disconnecting is one of the answers.
Maybe some questions must be asked before taking measures.
In a network different people with different cultural background are communicating in their own way.
Why is the troll trolling?
Does the troll know we regard the behavior as trolling?
Is it language or culture differences and difficulties
Maybe the troll is saying something useful in a trollish way?
Ignoring a troll sometimes is the best answer.
